Information you give us. When you contact us or request a fitting, we collect the name, email address, phone number and any details about your garment or event that you choose to provide. When you become a client, we keep the measurements and garment notes needed to complete your work.

Information collected automatically. When you visit peartreeclothing.com, standard web server logs record your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. We also use analytics and advertising measurement tools, listed below, which collect similar information about how the site is used. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works either way.

Information from social media. When you comment on, message or otherwise interact with our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive the information those platforms make available to us, such as your public profile name and the content of your message.

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule fittings
• To complete and deliver the alteration work you have requested
• To contact you about your order
• To maintain business records
• To understand, in aggregate, which of our posts and pages people find useful

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

You can agree to receive text messages by checking the optional box on our contact form, or when our virtual phone assistant, Sophie, asks during a call. We only send text messages to people who agree, and only about their inquiry, fitting or garment. We do not send marketing text messages. See how opt-in works on our text messages page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Calls to our business line may be recorded so that your request is passed on accurately.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website and our business. Each of them processes information on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy terms:

• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs
• Resend — delivers the message you send through our contact form to our inbox
• Google Workspace — our email
• Retell AI — our virtual phone assistant, which answers calls, records them and sends text messages on our behalf
• Google Analytics — measures how people find and use this site
• Ahrefs Analytics — measures site traffic
• Meta Platforms — our Facebook Page and Instagram account, and the Meta Pixel described below

When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, phone number and message you provide are sent directly to our inbox. We do not store them anywhere else on this website.

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code that tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram posts bring people here, and whether they went on to request a fitting. It records page views and form submissions — not the content of what you write to us.

Our Facebook Page and Instagram account are operated using tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta collects and processes information about people who interact with our accounts and with the pixel according to Meta’s own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We keep client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Inquiries that do not become orders are deleted when they are no longer relevant.

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to contactus@peartreeclothing.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may unsubscribe from any message we send you at any time.

Residents of certain states and countries have additional rights over their personal information. We honor those rights where they apply.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date shown above indicates when it was last revised.
